The Alarm

The first time you hear this sound (a large explosion followed by an alarm), start the game. Every time you hear it afterwards, draw a Damage Report card.

The Warning

When you only have 3 minutes left in the game, and again at 30 seconds until the end of the game, you will hear this sound (a voice saying "warning").
